Payment Plans
Plan A: Contracts paid in full before October 31, 2012 receive 5% off dockage rates.
Plan B: $500.00 deposit due by October 31, 2012. Balance due in full by March 31, 2013.
If deposit is not paid by October 31, 2012, and remaining balance is not paid in full by March 31, 2013, your slip will not be reserved and you will be allocated an available slip at the time of payment.
*Please Note: Boats are measured by LOA, including swim platform. The above rates also apply to boats left on land all year. The marina reserved the right to sublet moorings when vacant. Live aboards are not permitted. A surcharge may apply if heavy equipment is needed. There is a $75.00 deposit required for a gate remote, to be refunded upon return of the remote.
